There are following courses taught at Kyiv Medical University of UAFM:
International students may study Medicine (MD, MBBS) at Kyiv Medical University of UAFM starting from the 1st year, immediately on arrival. The course is taught in English (or optionally Russian medium).
* Those international students, wishing to study Dentistry, General Medicine or Pharmacy in Russian should firstly pass Foundation (Preparatory course), where main disciplines are taught, and Russian as the main subject. Preparatory course is opened for admission till the end of December, which makes it rather flexible to register and study.
International students enjoy the comfort atmosphere in studying Medicine as the course of General Medicine is fully conducted in English. Kyiv Medical University of UAFM designed its curriculum for international students set up according to the EU (European Union) rules with first three years dedicated to Pre-clinical subjects and the final three years dedicated to the clinical subjects.
The Dean for international students at the University takes care, that each and every international student who arrives to the University to study MBBS (General Medicine, MD) in Ukraine gets all the necessary issues and items, required for studying of international student to become a doctor and professional in high demand in future medical career of student.
Kyiv Medical University of UAFM cooperates with various clinical establishments within the European union as well as other renowned countries for organizing student exchange program to impart world class clinical exposure to all the capable and hardworking international students. The University has its pre-clinical facilities in the University campus nearby the main building. And clinical curriculum is conducted in different municipal and private hospitals in the city of Kiev City in order to impart maximum clinical exposure to the students.
